Booking terms

Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation screen or confirmation email.

If a deposit is required, the remaining balance is due after the appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may affect deposit refunds or rebooking options.

You can reschedule or cancel online, using the links in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that you can still cancel online up until the appointment starts; the late-cancellation fee is shown before you confirm.

Cancellation policy: cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a fee of 50% of the treatment price; missing an appointment without notice incurs a fee of 100% of the treatment price, less any deposit paid. Where you added a card when booking, it is stored securely by Stripe and only charged under this policy. You'll receive an email if a fee is charged.
